All acupuncture treatments include the option of gentle bodywork to deepen relaxation and integration. Herbal consult, diet and nutrition recommendations, and additional modalities such as cupping, guasha, moxibustion and estim are included when appropriate. Follow up visits are 45-60 minutes. Initial visits are 75-90 minutes.

Prebirth acupuncture is used to promote a more efficient and timely labor with less medical intervention. It is a wonderful addition to any birth plan (even planned cesareans)! Treatments focus on optimal baby positioning, cervical ripening, releasing physical and emotional blockages, relaxation, pain relief, and stimulation of contractions to induce labor when medically necessary.

Herbal medicine consults are available as a stand-alone option for established patients. Intended for herbal prescriptions, refills or modifications between or in lieu of acupuncture treatments.
